  • Pastor rick jones

Rick and his wife, Michelle, have been married since 1997 and have three children. He enjoys watching sports of all types, especially those of his kids and Tennessee Football. GBO!  His areas of ministry at PBF include Men’s and Women’s Ministries, Home Fellowship Groups and overseeing budget/finance. Rick believes that the Word is sufficient for all things, including how to build and grow healthy churches. A self-proclaimed “foodie”, he likes checking out new and different restaurants in the greater Cincinnati area and spending time with his family.

  • PASTOR John Botkin

John is passionate about lifting up Jesus by teaching God’s word. Whether preaching in a pulpit, counseling over coffee, or teaching around the dinner table, he desires to see all people become mature in Christ. He holds degrees from Cedarville University (BA) and The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary (MDiv).

John and Melinda have been married since 1999 and have been blessed with four children. When he’s not spending time with his family, John enjoys reading almost anything. His shelves are especially thick with theology, history, and classic literature. He also likes listening to jazz and Christian hip hop.

  • PASTOR jason odel

Jason serves as a full-time staff pastor and loves helping people mature in the likeness of Christ. Around Providence (and at home), you’ll hear him singing the gospel and teaching it in a variety of settings. To fortify his own faith and strengthen ministry skills, Jason earned two degrees from the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, KY.

His two boys, Easton (7) and Bentley (4), keep him busy with reading silly books, science experiments, a giant dog, and trips to local parks. His wife of 17 years, Tabitha, is his partner-in-crime, scouring all local thrift stores for another refurbishing project.

  • Pastor Michael Jones

Michael considers it pure joy to serve God in a pastoral role, and he desires that all believers grow in the knowledge and joy of Jesus. He earned his PhD in Economics and is passionate about instilling the desire for Godly stewardship in others. He has been married to his wife, Courtney, for 17 years, and they have four children together. He loves to share his family's journey through adoption as a picture of God's adoption of believers. He enjoys spending time outdoors - skiing, biking, and finding places to scuba dive other than the Midwest.
